Wow, I can't even read it all. Can't stand those who do extreme things, expect others to pick up the pieces then BLAME everyone but themselves. There's obesity, too busy with life, too busy in denial, then there's 700lbs...that's got to be something else.

It's been just over an hour and now it's chewy and edible so I gave up and am eating!!! Sheesh, the bag said 25-30 minutes with those measurements. It was no where near ready then!

Drinking enough water speeds up your metabolism, a few litres a day. Spicy food apparently does also.

I think my main issue is my stomach stapling, many complications, often can't eat for days, so going to the effort of cooking meals and then not being able to eat them drives me nuts. There are a lot of things I can't eat so finding recipes that aren't boring can be a challenge too.

That's a good idea. This was at work though, just wanted a bit of sugar, it was a huge bag, 2.8lbs plus most were gone. It's just annoying! I want to still be able to count when I do mess up.

Lean red meat and spinach for Iron, plus supplements. 10 minutes of sunshine a day for Vitamin D and the shots, a supplement after the shots. Not getting enough Vitamin D messes with absorption of many things, like calcium.

It bothers me that I won't eat berries, the grit in my teeth, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I won't eat berry yogurts, or yogurt with passionfruit seeds!

Really don't like it unfortunately, the amount of honey I eat with it makes it too unhealthy. In Australia we have Jalna which is probably just as good anyway, and YUM.

Always eat pureed apples and pureed pears. YUM Edit: Applesauce contains sugar, the baby food I eat does not, it is fruit and Vitamin C. The only baby food I would feed my baby is the fruits. The meats and vegetables are REVOLTING, I wouldn't feed them to my dogs.

Hahahahhaha I was expecting to see PEE but piss will do! Vitamin B changes your pee to bright yellow, and it does not mean your multivitamin is being peed out. Make sure you are drinking a few litres of water per day. Dehydration is typically a dark almost orangy colour, fluoro and bright is vitamin B.

Although your body does need sodium, if you have too much it causes you to retain water. But overtime, having too much sodium in your diet is basically bad for your heart and entire circulatory system.

Gosh, I hate that. Usually these are the same people who used to watch you 'indulge' in these entree's with that look on their faces like, sheesh, stop eating all the time! People seem to always need to put in their 2 cents no matter what you do or how you look.
