  • calorieking.com.au has sushi sushi, and should have your latte if it's from a take away place edit...I eat tuna and avocado ones often and they're 210
  • I have them every now and then, honeycomb is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Avocado's, sweet potatoes, banana's and almonds. I have to keep my potassium up or I get terrible leg cramps, usually while sleeping.
  • I love Kraft Light Crunchy!!! I tried Sanitarium Natural but it was so oily it made a huge mess, and tasted gross.
  • I'd rather make a yummy burger at home that I can feel good about eating. I don't just want to lose weight, I'd like to do it the healthiest way I can. That's just me. I have severe side effects from eating McDonald's, half way through a burger my heart starts to go crazy and I have to stop eating and lay down. I also get…

  • Try 1400, add more good fats, avocado's, almonds, cashews.
  • I used to love it! But can't tolerate artificial sweeteners any more :(
  • Awwwww I know. Compared to my favourite ice cream (Cadbury Dairy Milk Chip) which I won't go near anymore it's better. Plus I found it very rich and filling, takes a while to eat :flowerforyou:
  • Often I forget too but I always have bottles of water around me. It's got to become a habit. I think a good idea is to drink a cup before every time you eat. If you don't like it, add a splash of apple juice or something (not much!)
  • Bolognese (I use lamb mince) with wholemeal spiral pasta and cheddar cheese mixed through. No idea on calories, can't be great, but a smaller portion is fine :)

  • Totally. I can't allow any junk or even high calorie healthier foods in my house because I WILL eat it, usually whether it's something I like or not! Well done, getting your kids on a healthier track also.
  • Yep, oats are good for you, they can lower cholesterol. I make mine with light soy milk, tastes better. I don't use honey or sugar, just cut up banana and some cold milk on top. If you take every mouthful with some banana too, it tastes sweet.
  • I want to try this also, but without the Quinoa, tried to love it but can't LOL http://www.everyday-vegetarian-recipes.com/lentil-burgers.html
  • Grandmother: "You're blowing up like a balloon"
  • http://www.everyday-vegetarian-recipes.com/lentil-recipe.html I've posted this before but I have finally made it, it is surprisingly DELICIOUS!
  • I've been using it as a salad dressing with a splash of FF Italian dressing. It's great.
  • I tried it a few months back and got very unwell. Very sensitive to the frozen meals, makes me a bit concerned about what's in them.
  • I only count water as water.

  • I would add 250mls of Prune juice daily and eat raw spinach, broccoli. If that didn't work, Coloxyl. Sometimes when you haven't gone for ages you need something to get it all going again, then maintain diet changes.
  • I can't use artificial sweeteners so I used to put in a bit of apple juice, maybe one part juice and 4 parts water, so it is quite diluted. Now I can drink water on it's own. You should probably try some real cranberry juice (work it into the days calories) and strong cranberry supplements from the pharmacy. I would also…
  • A friend of mine suddenly got quite sick and had to have her gallbladder removed, the Dr put her on this diet right away and she has been on it for a few months now. She seems to be doing okay on it, she did say it is actually quite hard to cheat because you can't eat so many things. I wouldn't say she looks any different…
  • I know someone who eats healthily, no processed foods, vegetarian her entire life, and is very thin, about 50kg. She has PCOS and lots of pain from the cysts.
  • That is really sad. I am in pretty much the same situation, except my sister refuses to do anything, including surgery. Wish I had some advice for you, unfortunately nothing i've tried works either. I think they just have to be ready, and hopefully it's soon!
  • Both IMG's need to be in lowercase for some reason
  • Yeah and he never would have had medical bills if he hadn't done the show!!! :noway:
  • Yes, was bubbling away the whole time, and was using a lid.
  • Not even close to what I meant. I am surrounded by unhealthy people in my life who choose to eat all unhealthy foods and feed it to their kids. I hear about gastrointestinal problems to no end and about constant serious issues that the kids have to go through because they can't choose what they are fed. I'm told "it's just…
  • Don't really care about all the controversy, I really like it and feel way better than when I drank skim cow's milk.
