  • Hey I would suggest stomach crunches, sit-ups etc but that will really only help to tone but may help a little bit, if your loosing weight in general it should start to reduce :)
  • ive added you guys as im in the same boat, did this a few years ago but let myself slip, so trying to start over again and would be great to have friends to help me along the way :)
