  • Candy corn with peanuts and Chocolate ice cream with 1 tbs peanut butter.:laugh:
  • I incorporate brisk walking when I can, I do squats in my office I also strech my muscles. Some form of movement is better than zero. Walk the office halls as often as you can and remember to do it in a brisk form, park as far from your office and take stairs as often as you can.
  • Lipton Green Tea is good, I drink it from time to time and use honey and lemon (just a touch each) it is very good for you.
  • I have Wii fitness and boy the boxing will sure give you a good workout. I have just recently moved so I don't have it hooked up yet but that is my next goal, hook up Wii and start home ZUMBA as well as class 2x's a week.
  • Have 1 or 2 midget tootsie rolls if you have 3 they are 70 calories, that is what I had today and just took a 13 min brisk walk. I allow only small portions to satisfy the craving. Good luck!
