  • I just finished week 1 of my "pre-training" schedule. So far, so good. I start a more strict 12 week schedule in 2 weeks, my half marathon s the second week of September :) i am nervous but excited. Mostly nervous about finding the TIME to commit to this 5 day a week schedule.
  • burgers, pickled eggs and beets, nuts, lara bars, I make "egg casserole" ahead of time, then just reheat, keilbasa, fresh fruits and veggies. I also make a batch of paleo banana and pumpkin muffins. Have fun!
  • I am primal, too. I went 99% primal in May. (I do have honey in tea, and I do sometimes eat ketchup LOL) I just joined here because I was curious to track my carb/fats/protein ratios.
