Am 5'1" and my goal weight is 115 pounds! Currently 153. The great thing about being short is that even a small amount of weight loss makes a huge difference!

Definitely not alone. I've never been in a physical fight with anyone, but always thought if I was in an intense fight with a girl, how awesome it would be to pull her down really hard by her hair.

When you use the handicapped stall just to have the handrails to pull yourself off the toilet.

Steel cut oats, 1/2 cup pure pumpkin, tsp pumpkin pie spice, walnuts, sweetened with a little honey or maple syrup. Almost better than pumpkin pie! :happy:

Fortunately, I have an assortment of clothes covering a range of about four sizes smaller than I am now. So glad I held onto them. I recently had a cashier tell me she thought it was illegal to eat that healthy, as I had an assortment of primarily fruits and veggies. I took it as a compliment!

I have also cooked mine in olive oil and had great results, but now I definitely want to try adding balsamic vinegar too! Sounds yummy!

Exactly! It takes way more than 500 calories to sustain an intense bootcamp workout! I like to eat about 400-500 calories in breakfast alone right after bootcamp!

Goodness, my husband use to do this awhile back. We would have plans to do something and he would say something like, "We can't go yet; I have to harvest my crops first!" So glad he stopped playing that!
