I madeTrader Joe's gingerbread mix this past weekend using applesauce instead of oil and the difference in taste and texture was hardly noticeable. I'd give it a try!

my thoughts exactly. A few mornings each week I eat oats (the large single portion!) with a tablespoon of reduced-sugar blueberry preserves (and a stevia packet if i want it sweeter). I allow myself 2oz. of half and half for my morning coffee and I'm still only at 334 calories. Give it a try! <3

I find that my energy level is significantly higher when i eat before i workout. 1/2 cup of greek yogurt/stevia 30 minutes before usually gives me what I need. IF i have time to eat a meal, I'll eat 2 eggs and a piece of canadian bacon an hour before and that REALLY makes a difference on my energy level. good luck!

If you drink dairy, you may want to consider using only those products that come from cows which are not treated with growth-hormones...they could be contributing. Good luck! :-)
