Almost didn't know what this post was about but I just read about them the other night. They (Kinder Eggs) are banned in the states. So not many will know about them.

Sounds disgusting but isn't it one of the best tasting combos ever? I always did Wendy's fries in my Chocolate Frosty!

AWESOME job! You look great! Good luck on the last 5 lbs but I know you got it!

You are not alone!!! That is one of the reasons why I am on here, It's on my profile!!! I have lost 41lbs so far. Mostly all gut now. Gotta keep pushing forward to get the next 40! Good luck and I'll add ya since I see the wifey is already my friend. :-)

Did you just start using an elliptical? I use to get it all the time when i first started using one. Now not so much, just every now and then. You are doing the other tricks that I know. Maybe go hard on the treadmill and slow or cool down on the elliptical. Variety is definitely good! Good luck!

The gift card would be more personal b/c they can pick out what they want. Both are good tho.

Geez, it's a sporting goods store. No need to filter it. Anyway, glad they were sold locally and I was able to test them out.

I have Powerblocks and love them. When i bought them the guys at ****'s sporting goods said that I made a good decision. I asked why, they said that a lot of customers come back within the first 20 minutes of using SelectTech to return them saying that they are cheaply made. i.e. parts falling off and the plastic can crack…

Did it that way for Tgiving! Was so great! Got it from the barefoot Contessa!

Truly an inspiration! Thanks so much for sharing your story! I can relate to all of that and I'm only 32. But I'm on the right track! Your story will help me get down to 200! I haven't seen your butt b/c mine is missing too. Always has. I'm all gut and love handles. Hopefully that all shifts around! :)

If you can't afford resistance bands then try this link. It's from askmen.com but they work for women too! Women always do it better anyway right? lol. It seems pretty detailed. Good luck and hope it helps! http://www.askmen.com/sports/bodybuilding_250/265_weight-training-without-weights.html

This is what worked for me. Laces were cutting off circulation. Almost never have the problem now.

On Day 14 here and there are still some things I cannot do yet (dang Mason Twists) so don't get discouraged. Yes you will be sore but it is a good sore. It reminds you that you did a great workout! Keep it up everyday and the stretching and workouts will help the soreness go away. Listen to the tips of the day and do them.…

I have the same problem. I never had good arms and the flab doesn't look good on guys so I'm working them out too! Here are some good ones to try. (I don't know the people in the videos, I just used them to show you good form) Chair Dips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKjcgfu44sI Tricep Kickbacks…

Yup, that's circuit training. Good job and keep it up! That's a good workout! I'm about to join there.

Agree with Eekface. They are in the vitamin section at Target. Look for the Zone bars and Target's brand is next to them. Tastes just the same with $1-$2 cheaper! Also check out Cliff Kids Z bars. Lower in cals and fat and taste really good. I order them by the box at drugstore.com when they are on sale! As for the…

You look great! Can definitely see a difference. Keep it up! You will reach next goal sooner than you think!

Yes, swimming is prob the best low impact exercise and burns a lot of cals!!! Wish I still had my pool!

I also get shin splints but only when walking long distances for more than one day. My elliptical doesn't seem to flare it up at all. I have also found most of the exercises in P90X to be just fine on my legs and still get a good workout. Even the intense ones like Plyometrics or jump training. I'm not sure of caloric burn…
