  • There are actually a lot of "meat replacement" products that do pretty well in the protein category. Boca makes some good vegan "burger" patties - 70 calories per patty and 13 grams of protein. Also, if you eat dairy, I've seen nonfat greek yogurt have up to 23 grams of protein per cup and as low as 120 calories.
  • I definitely notice a change around your hip/side area. Keep up the good work!
  • I found that having someone else there with me who I was comfortable with really helped, so perhaps you could find a friend to take the class with you? Good luck, it sounds fun!
  • I would recommend Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing. It's only 45 calories for a 2 Tbsp serving. I also really like their Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing - it's also 45 calories per serving, but has less sodium. :)
