yeah, these aren't low calorie. I'll stick with my TJ's and protein pancakes. I'm on month 2 of pancake month as I have a crap load of pancake mix in the house.

Finally made my TJ's run. Stocked up on all sorts of pumpkin and fall goodness. Lots of new items to try. Will report back.

I've had almond milk go bad often.

I eat them and prefer brown rice, but white rice just tastes better with certain things. For example, Indian food. Also love black rice and red rice. Rice is just good stuff, but in moderation of course, and goes well with numerous dishes. .

Combo of both. I'm still working on mine and when I'm at lowest body fat, its very minimal and only noticeable when I plank. Will never look pre-pregnancy though without surgery, imo.

I have never used a personal trainer, but I do have a triathlon coach and he's worth a lot more than I pay him.

Did you get the pumpkin cornbread? Its really good. I still have made it to TJ's. Will try tomorrow and hopefully they won't be out of the things I want. Will try to go at an odd hour. lol

Garmin 920XT. Designed for triathletes, but does everything you want. Highly recommend it. Good investment.

I ate a lot of carbs every day and lost weight. I still eat a lot of carbs (200-300 daily) and maintain my weight. Nothing special about carb cycling. Your calories allowed you to lose weight.

Nope. I suggest planning your day appropriately so that you meet your calorie goals with filling foods so that you don't go to bed hungry. And if you are truly hungry, you should eat something.

I'm a newbie triathlete and when people ask me about the disciplines, I will say I'm not a runner, but that only means it's not my best discipline. Otherwise, I run. Therefore, I'm a runner. Not the fastest. Not the slowest. But I run regularly. And I enjoy it. And I compete.

Yep. I don't have a lot of time so I go with what is convenient. For breakfast, I like the same things (pancakes/waffles, muffins, egg whites, bacon, sausage, fruit, tea, hot cereal bulked up...a combo of those things), lunch is often turkey chili w/ beans, dinner is similar. I've only ever done the machines and have no plans on transitioning to free weights (and my PT doesn't recommend it as I have a bad back). I enjoy the machines, and my results speak for themselves. I don't have any imbalances or weak spots and my core is strong. To each their own. Do what works best for you.

I don't think "once you're fat, you'll always be fat," but the fact is most people who lose weight will regain it, some will regain even more than they lost. 6 days a week, usually at least 2 workouts a day. Swim, bike, run + weights. I walk around 10 miles on my rest day.

What brand are these headsets? I want one to use during the off-season, especially my endurance day when I'm just doing laps.

So I finally tried the Yoplait whips. They are actually quite good. I will continue to buy. I also saw Kozysnacks dark chocolate and caramel puddings...I want to try them but felt the serving was a tad small for 200 cals, and for that I'd rather just go get some frozen yogurt from the froyo shop.

I'm so mad I didn't buy them yesterday. I'm heading back to TJ's today with the Fearless Flyer in hand to get a bunch of stuff I missed on Sunday. They run out of things way too fast.

No, I didn't like it. I've tried it with PB2 drizzle and with banana. It has an odd taste to me. Definitely the worst of the flavors...and by a lot. I won't buy that one again.

If meal timing mattered, I'd weigh about 200 lbs. lol Since I often workout after work, I have dinner at 11 regularly. I also eat a huge breakfast. Timing doesn't matter at all.

Looking forward to trying this. It's on its way from Amazon. Their Kodiak power cakes are ok, but there are better protein pancakes. I'm hoping these will be a good substitute for the FlapJacked double chocolate minute muffins...those taste weird (but the apple cinnamon is great).
