Look at menus online if available. If not, make the best choices you can. Look up similar items in MFP database. Lighten things up. I live in restaurants on the weekends and have become a pro at eating out.

Feel free to add me.

I won't buy things I'll overindulge on either. If I want it, I'll have to go get it. I will however bake things at home, and am pretty good at using moderation there. Its store bought things I have a problem with, especially bulk buys from Amazon. I cut that out.

Just say no!

Lost around 70 lbs total. Really don't remember how long it took, but it was under a year. Started off with weights and a little cardio (like 15 minutes of HIIT) and following MFP (loosely though as I didn't weigh or anything).

Of course it works!

Not a fan of any of those diets.

I was doing the same thing. So for now I don't keep things in the house that I was snacking on after dinner.

That's a good time. There is no olympics in our future. Run for fitness and pleasure and compete against yourself.

The stretch marks will not go away. Neither will all the loose skin. But, as usmcmp shows, you can still get it flat. I plan to get a tummy tuck and get rid of the extra flab once I tighten it up as much as possible.

Pre-plan by looking at the menu then pre-log and stick to the plan.

This. Makes no sense.

I estimate based on items in the MFP database. I dont cook my own food so I've always been estimating. I'm pretty good at it.

Working on kicking triathlon butt!

Avoid all the touristy restaurants and find the great local places. Definitely eat as much bread pudding as you can. Have fun! I go serve real times a year.

I eat dinner at 11 pm sometimes. Doesn't matter.

No I don't cheat. I hate the whole idea of cheating. Mother's day was delicious. I had a light breakfast. Got in my regular training. Then went to a nice restaurant for a delicious 3 course meal with a huge side of bacon. Had a light snack in the evening. Sodium was obviously way over for the day, but otherwise stayed…

Does not sound tasty at all

huh? I can eat 1500 calories in a "clean" meal very easily.

I love a challenge. Its my personality. So I only do things I enjoy and I set goals and work toward them, rinse and repeat. So yeah, I'm an exercise junkie. It makes me feel good. And it doesn't hurt that it allows me to eat more. So try a lot of things and find the things that you enjoy. Exercise shouldn't feel like a…

This. I've been trying to figure out what makes me stay full longest for breakfast, and protein and fats don't do it for me. I have a carb heavy breakfast of pancakes with eggs, sausage, bacon, and fruit, then I have to force myself to eat lunch. Not too full, but just right for over 4 hours. Love dem carbs!

My best workouts and races are after I've eaten pizza, etc. Had a burger, chips, and, gelato for dinner and had the best workout I've had in weeks this morning.

I agree with your answer.

I had one many many years ago. My goal this year is to cut as much of the "flub" as possible by being consistent and then get a tummy tuck (and full mommy makeover) after my daughter graduates. Tummy tuck is going to be a necessity there is excess skin from edema that isn't going to "snap back."
