(ashleybreanna) Not sure if it would help, but I too am a DD, when I workout (running, crossfit, etc.) I always wear my regular bra under a long sports bra. I started doing this mostly because I could never find adequate sports bras, but find that it really helps with the bounce. Also with you on B cup envy. :tongue:

I too work in an office and have a very sedentary job. I have made it a point to get a workout in before work, which helps to kick start my metabolism for the day. I also have made a habit of the stairs rather than the elevator as much as I can, I park a little farther, and try to get up from my desk at least once an hour…

I'm on; I keep it open so that I remember to log everything I put in my mouth. :-)
