If you just started working out, that could be why you didn't lose as much as expected- it causes increased water retention but only temporarily. Keep it up for another week and that should fix itself :smile:

I think it depends on the person. I know some people who can have a non-alcoholic beer and feel satisfied because they got the taste. For others, like myself, the taste triggers the desire for more. Breakfast- pumpkin pecan instant oatmeal. Two cups of coffee with a tiny splash of cream Lunch- Fage 0% blueberry acai Greek yogurt. Cup of homemade cinnamon apple sauce.
