I would suggest looking up lower calorie and sugar recipes that you can enjoy. Also it's not bad to have a bite or two of the tempting stuff now and then, moderation is key.

Just literally got done with day 20! Did measurements on day 15 which was about a week ago and I'm already down a couple pounds and almost 2 inches:bigsmile: Can't wait to see the results on day 30.

Day 10 of level one is now complete:D (took one day off or it would've been day 11). Been working hard at this so I'm hoping it pays off. Now to begin level 2 tomorrow... wish me luck

My little brother used to always sleep walk and we found out when he's in that mode you can make him do anything. Once we built a little house out of couch pillows and told him he was a bear and to go sleep in his cave, what do you know he crawls on all fours and curls up in a ball inside the tiny home. Also another time…
