Thanks everyone! These are great suggestions. I think I'll go with the venetian chicken and eat some healthy carb later! I just don't want to eat anything my body isn't used to the night before a race-and high fat/sodium would def. cause me some problems.

I look at old pictures of myself, put on old clothes and realize how far I have come.

I'm letting out my frustration. Not looking for a fight-everyone can do what they want it's their body. I'm glad to be getting some friend requests out of this of people with the same thoughts and attitude towards healthy weight loss as me.

Thanksgiving is my goal date! I'm off at college and haven't seen any family in awhile, and won't see any until Thanksgiving, so I want to shock everyone and look great!

I mix some chocolate whey protein with some chocolate soymilk and water in a big glass and warm it up, and it's like a huge glass of hot chocolate but full of protein ahha
