I'm planning on running a 5k Thanksgiving morning! No weight loss goal, but I do hope to beat my previous 5k times!
Good luck reaching your goal!!!

Thanksgiving is my goal date! I'm off at college and haven't seen any family in awhile, and won't see any until Thanksgiving, so I want to shock everyone and look great!0

I have no goals set for Turkey-Day, but I am building a recipe-bank for that day that way I can still enjoy many classics and stay on program...
We have an empty nest, so this should be easy to do... We will be working with stuffed Turkey Breasts this year... but, with the great turkey sales, I still plan on purchasing a whole turkey when Im ready to get a mad-cooking going on bulk-cooking day! LOL0 -
Thanksgiving is a good goal. I plan to enjoy my Thanksgiving with family...and plan to eat my normal plate of the Thanksgiving feast my family prepares. So looking forward to it! I have ten pounds to go....and my goal is to get there by Christmas. I guess my goal should be five pounds by Thanksgiving....and ten by Christmas. That would help and allows me to have plenty of calories! I have changed my lifestyle....lost ten pounds a month....and have been taking it slow since school has started. You have made me think that I need to have a closer goal. Thanksgiving is a good one! ; ) BEst of luck! Enjoy your Thanksgiving feast!!!!0

I have noticed that a serious feast of 3000+ calories followed by a day of 1200 calories not only averages out, but often spurs a pound or so to come off. So I will be feasting on Turkey Day.0
