Everyday I want to get on the scale but so far I haven't. It is killing me not knowing

I'm a 28 year old RN. I work in surgery so it is so hard for me to plan on eating, or the worst part drinking. I scrub into surgeries where I am sometimes stuck in a case for hours and I cannot leave to go to the bathroom therefor I do not allow myself to eat or drink knowing this. we did 2 runs today and it felt great. I think I am getting addicted :)

We jumped from W1D1 to W2D1 and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I actually felt a little better after wards. Hope to keep this up. My first 5K is March 3rd. It is definitely a littler harder runner outdoors than it is on a treadmill.

We had an awesome run. Running gear definitely kept me more than warm enough :)

I use to dread running but it seems like I am actually looking forward to my runs. I was even gonna pick up the pace and do more days but I read that you should follow the plan to give your body time to rest.

I like the dvd's. You do a different routine everyday so it doesn't get boring. I did the bum bum today and the ab workout. I took some before pics so I can see for myself if it is working or not. I just got done with the first week.

Had fun again today. I did Cardio Axe and Bum Bum. This is coming easier than I thought it would :)
