This year I would like to stop yo-yo dieting. I'm sick of gaining and losing the same pounds. I started running last year but gave it up when it got too hot out. I want to get back into running and do some more 5K's.

I lose weight a lot better on the old system. I love it. And when I do my point with calories it was has eating about 200 less than MFP
-
Starting weight 153 pounds. Counting weight watchers points and for the 2nd time started Couch to 5K today.

I like the old weight watcher plan the best. I lost really well on it when I did it about 5 years ago. When I tried the new program with free fruits and vegetable I just didn't lose like I had before.

Once I get off track for the day I eat horrible for the whole day which sometimes leads to weeks. I feel like I'm back on track now and in the right mind frame. I just have to stay strong during the holidays.

1) Reason you want to lose weight: To feel better about myself and like the way I look in clothes. 2) Reason you (feelings on why) you gained weight: Binge eating on sweets and junk. 3) Something you love abt yourself: My feet are cute :) 4) Something you cant wait to change: My pant size. 5) Fav food =): McDonalds Frappes…

Feel free to add me. I am just over 5'2" like you and currently I am 137. I would love to get in the 120's as well. :)
