First you have to decide which plan best suits you. Not everyone can do the same thing. I will post information on the old points system, new points plus System and simply filling.All the systems have been proven to work it is a matter of trial and error. When you decided which plan your going to follow you will create a thread with your name example Momwasix's Diary and post your staring weight weight for the week how many points you have for the week your meals if you feel comfortable and at the end of the day your balance of your dailys if any weekly points. I will create a seperated thread for activity points. You will post your activity and points earn from it points use from it. This is all about accountability .IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO BE A MEMBER YOU MUST LOG IN AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK. IF OVER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME IF YOU DON'T LOGIN OR CREATE A DIARY I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO REMOVE YOU FROM THE GROUP. I TOOK ALOT OF TIME TO MAKE THIS GROUP UP TO HAVE IT SET UP JUST LIKE THE WEEKLY MEETINGS WITHOUT THE FEE INVOLVED SO LET'S GET THIS GOING TO WE CAN REACH OUR GOAL.

I like the old weight watcher plan the best. I lost really well on it when I did it about 5 years ago. When I tried the new program with free fruits and vegetable I just didn't lose like I had before.0
