Weight watchers makes things simple
Points are so easy for me and so much less stressful than worrying about calories, I am feeling great and love my points system. I decided to start writng things down on my journal and not on mfp, it seems to work better for me and I am on here for moral support.

How is everyone doing on their progress? I have been points cycling and have been eating low and then high and so on. I don't know if it is working because I have stayed off the scale for 2.5 weeks. My next weigh in is May 12th. I can't wait to weigh in. But enough about me, How are you doing this last month and a half?
