How to Calculate Your Daily Weight
Watchers Points Plus Allowance
Many readers have asked me how to
calculate your
daily weight watchers points plus
allowance. With
the big change of the new Points Plus Plan,
they’ve
made it pretty hard to determine that
without
becoming a paying WW member and having
the
leaders calculate it for you in their system.
However, there are a couple of other ways
too….
Option #1: Get your hands on a WW Digital
Points
Calculator
You can buy one at a local WW meeting or
online. It
allows you to enter your personal stats
(gender,
age, weight and height) and get your daily
points
plus allowance.
Option #2: Check out this page that was
created by
an AWESOME WW member

I’ve compared it to my official Weight
Watchers
calculator and it is correct. Just plug in your
stats,
and it will give you your daily points plus
allowance.

In addition to your daily points, weekly
you have an additional 49 pointsplus to
use as you wish. You can use them for
one big splurge for a special occasion,
throughout the week, or not use them at
all to lose weight more quickly. These are
called flex points. You can also earn
points by exercising and it is up to you
whether you use those points or not.
These points are known as activity points.
2. Finding Out How Many Points I Get
on Weight Watchers
Once you understand the basic idea of
Weight Watchers, the next step to doing
Weight Watchers free is to know how
many Weight Watchers points you get
daily. The easiest way to find out how
many points you get daily is to use a free
online Weight Watchers calculator. This
calculator has been tested numerous
times and provides accurate daily WW
point limits. Remember that you get an
additional 49 flex points each week as
well that you can you as you choose. If
you want a more exact calculator, you can
buy Weight watchers calculators on
Amazon for under $25.
3. Tracking Your Food and Finding
Weight Watchers Points Plus Food
Values and Recipes
Now the rest is fairly easy. In order to
follow Weight Watchers for free, you just
need to track the points for everything
you eat and drink and make sure to stay
within your daily Weight Watchers points
limit. There are many places online where
you can find points values online. Under
the WW plan, most fruits and non starchy
veggies are zero point foods and will
quickly become your favorite go to snacks
and sides on the plan. Additionally, to find
out how many points a food has, you can
use this Weight Watchers calculator in
which you input the nutritional
information or do a quick Google search
for the points plus value of a food. If you
don’t want to deal with the hassle of
constantly entering food values or using
the internet, consider buying Weight
Watchers plan books or electronic
calculator Amazon. Finally, use recipe
sites like this one, to find delicious Weight
Watchers Recipes to cook for your family.
4. Staying Accountable
One of the most effective parts of the
Weight Watchers diet is the accountability
that comes from weighing in weekly at
your local meeting. If you are going to do
Weight Watchers free at home, it is
important to find a way to create
accountability. Do Weight Watchers free
at home with friends, and have a weekly
weigh-in. Share your weight loss goals
with family or friends, and keep them
updated on weekly progress. Post
progress on your refrigerator or mirror to
keep you on track and motivated. Fins a
way to keep yourself accountable to
weighing in every week and sticking with
the diet.0 -
