Fat free pumpkin mousse pie 1 1/4 cup fat free milk 1 pack (4 serving) sf vanilla instant pudding 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1 cup can pumpkin 1 tub ff coolwhip 1 rf graham cracker crust mix milk, pudding,spice, add pumpkin, fold in half of coolwhip. spread in crust. Top w remaining cool whip. Put in fridge. Yummy!

I'm officially starting Monday. I did the yoga today because I was so excited. It was tough for me but very rewarding to complete.

I totally understand. Not only am I not fit, but I am extremely clumsy. Nothing graceful about me! I tried a class once (don't remember what it was) and walked out after 2 minutes. I felt so awkard and out of place. I'm glad you posted this as it has inspired me to try a class-or atleast consider it. I'm thinking i'll try…

I think you have already made the first step. Congrats! I just joined this site today. Everyone seems really friendly. Now we just need to set goals and work on meeting them. Baby steps. I'm going to start exercising, doing something, no matter how small everyday. You can do it!!
