  • Thanks! I always thought the heart rate monitors with the straps would be uncomfortable or would fall off. But I will look into it, since it seems there are no good options without the strap. sigh.

  • You can use Trader Joes quick steel cut oats. Its ready very quickly (you can cook it in the microwave) and then you can have a new portion every morning. I tried it this morning and it was delicious. My husband tasted it and asked me to make twice as much next time so he can have some too!

  • You are all doing so great! I am on day 4 (I skipped workouts 1 and 2 and went for 3 and 4 though). My quads are killing me, but seeing these results is quite the motivation!
  • I seem to recall that in one of her recent podcasts JM answered this question. She said you can add cardio but not strength training. She said you dont have to add it but you can for "extra credit".
