Find an exercise that you will enjoy, I never thought I could find something that would keep me motivated but I did. I enjoy body combat and fight Klub. :smile:

8oo calories seems way to low, I would suggest going back to your Doctor and ask to be referred to a dietician.

I lost weight 21ib which was a struggle and then my thyroid became low again and I put on. Trying again it can be done but you tend to lose weight a lot slower. :smile:

I have arthritis in my knees, i do a lot of aerobic exercises, initially i had to take pain killers before and after a session but as your body gets use to exercise your bones strengthen and knees became less painful. You do have to keep it up though, if i miss sessions then i stiffen up and joints become painfull again.…

Sainsbury big breakfast weekly take away of chinese Daily chocolate. I do have treats but limit it to once a month on pay day.

58ib weight loss is awesome, if you feel you want a big breakfast then have one. At least you won't crave it and then blow your calories. I have big breakfasts once in a while and it does no home. i weigh myself every day but only record it once a week. It can be very frustrating though as your body does fluctuate daily and the weight can go up but it helps me focus on keeping to my daily calorie allowance

Hi, i have just started and need all the help too. I am 51 years and work as a Psychiatric staff nurse and shift patterns and no breaks at times leads to erratic meal times.
