any of Leslie Sansone's walk at home dvds would probably be really good! I have her 5 day slim down and that's what i've been using for a while. it's good cardio! the moves are pretty easy to follow. she has a bunch of dvds, too.

I love my freckles! They are everywhere. LOL I have muscular legs from playing softball and soccer when I was young and a teen, I like that. I like the colour of my hair and that I have big eyes. :)

I love that DVD!! I've lost 20 lbs so far, just exercising to that! (And walking outside a little)...always do mine at home, they'd look at me strangely if I did it in my cubicle! LOL

both of my cats seem to be a bit leaner! but i think some of that has to do with me not feeding them quite as much as my mother did! lol she'd leave a big ol' bowl of dry food out for them to munch on all day, which really isn't good for them! then again, it could be a household thing...one person's weight loss trickles on…

My goal right now is @ 160 just to get into my "healthy" BMI! If I can make it that far, and I hope I do!!, then we'll see when I get there! As long as I'm healthy, I'll be good. I still have a ways to go yet, but...workin' on it! :D

I would agree with the mix!! I really only do cardio myself. I throw in some hand weights sometimes to boost it a bit, and I also do sit-ups, but I think the best thing to do is mix it up!
