  • Take it day by day! And plan your meals - it's annoying at first, and tedious, but it works - at least for me. I also set goals - like Iceman420 who has a goal of five pounds a week. I have a goal of 1 pound per week. Or - set daily goals - such as 25 push-ups per day, or 50 crunches on Tuesday - then build on these goals…
