Well for my height my weight should be anywhere from 104-140. I think 104 is WAYYYYY too skinny for me, I like my curves and I don't want to lose them ever. I didn't want to be at the higher end so right now I'm going for 130. Then after that i'll try for 125.

well you've seen some of the cals i've burned doing insanity....i do have a HRM but i'm also 5'3" and weigh 163ish.....i usually burn 450-500 and i haven't started any of the max workouts yet, i start week 3 tomorrow! since i try to burn around 650 cals a day, i usually end up doing some jump rope, but i'm thinking i might…

i say go right into it, but of course you need to know your limits. your muscles are going to feel sore when you start working out but if something doesn't feel right then take a break. i started working out last monday and i went right into it. my body hated me for a few days but now the muscle soreness is gone!

hey! i'm 5'3" and 163 currently, also 27 years old. last week when i started working out, i set a goal of eating 1600 cals a day. this week, after reading up more about exercise calories (new goal of actually eating them back), i've lowered my calorie intake (before exercise) to 1500....and sometimes i have a hard time…

i don't follow it at all....but I do eat similar things they lay out in the plan. i'm still trying to get used to eating right, and this week my goal is to eat the majority of my exercise calories back, which is proving to be hard. eating junk food it was easy to get to 2000+cals/day, eating right i'm having a hard time…

mmm eggs are the bomb! this morning i made myself a WW english muffin, fried up one egg with some pepper, sliced up some part skim mozzarella, and topped the egg off with some sriracha or sometimes i do salsa. yum!
