I'm in the same phase at the moment. I lost 4 lbs during the first 2 weeks with 1200 kcal, and now I am having a hard time to not only stick to the 1200 kcal, but also in allowing myself the "wrong" kcal, as in a beer and some chocolate, which seems to make me gain weight even if I stay WAY below the 2000 kcal intake…
