Normally I think people are too harsh in these threads but you seem to be..I don't even know. People smell bad at the gym. Heck, the gym even smells bad itself to me. :-P But that's a waste of water and time that a lot of people don't have.

Honestly, when I go Chinese buffet, I search "Chinese buffet" in MFP's food database and add one extra plate than I actually ate, even though it won't be exactly accurate, and I allow myself whatever food I want, as long as I don't fill my plates a ridiculous amount.

If you're hungry, eat. If you're not, don't. Your body knows your needs better than any website or other people can tell you.

I thought the point of the calorie goal was to stay below it, like it's your max but you weren't really supposed to MEET it?? Really, I'm young and stupid. Thanks for your help. :-)
