I got a frozen loaf a while ago...I hated it. Threw it away. Tastes like old stale hard cardboard. Icky!

I started using Bare Minerals stuff about a year ago, and I love it. Especially the mineral veil, I won't go anywhere without it. They make a great waterproof mascara too.

13..boy, and 2 girls ages 10 and 11. The girls are less than a year apart by about 2 weeks, which makes them the same age for a short time every year. Oh, and they are all December kids.....poor planning, or better yet, no planning. LOL. But, I wouldn't change them for the world.

I too did WW over the course of a couple years, I would lose 5 lbs, then gain 10...lose 7 gain 12. Then I found MFP and quit WW altogether...and now I have been consistently losing weight. I agree with those who are say that if it's not what you do normally, then go ahead and count it...such as 4 hours of cleaning, vigorous garden work, shoveling snow...etc. \

I read the book, but decided not to do it because I did not think I would be able to maintain it. If you LOVE veggies, then it could work for you.

I have to agree with what most people are saying, you need to eat more. Also, you might want to consider tracking your sodium..because with all of that processed food, you are probably consuming way to much. Canned soup is really high...well pretty much anything canned. You definately need to eat more...even if you don't want to eat the full 1718, you HAVE to have more than 1200. It's no wonder why you feel like you are starving, because you ARE.

Definately sounds like a tooth issue.....my boyfriend has something very similiar happen a few years ago. You should go see a dentist ASAP. You don't want an infection to get in your jaw.

I agree! Just Dance is very good exercise! I think the point is to start moving and you are doing great. As far as logging is concerned, maybe just log it under walking at a 3.0 pace, that way it's logged. Or if you are doing a dancing video, try searching for dance. I recently discovered how much more I enjoy running when I am outside, as opposed to my treadmill...maybe this is why it's "easier". For me, the treadmill has become so BORING...but when you are outdoors, the time just flies by. You also don't have to think too much about what you are doing....just run.

You can do it! Just don't give up. As for running, maybe do the Couch 2 5K (C25K)...pick a 5k that's about 10 weeks away and get started on the program...it's very motivating to have that goal in mind. Take care and best of luck to you!
