Me too! I have been on MFP for a long time but just last month recommitted myself to reaching my goals. It's a process and having a lot of support makes it less stressful!

Obviously I was not eating paleo during this time. I haven't logged since I started doing paleo......maybe the current weight gain is from all of this crappy eating I was doing before.

I usually reheat in the microwave, very rarely on the stove. Maybe I should try that. I will give the rotisserie chicken a try too. Thanks!

hmmmm that is a really good question! The book seems to be very specific about the High Carb Low Carb days....maybe just continue this week as you already planned and start this coming Sunday with High Carb.

Eating every 3 hours has really helped me cut down on the snacking. The change is so dramatic for me! I work from home and used to constantly be rooting around in the kitchen for some snacks..but not any more! So I am finding that with my high carb days I am STARVING! Literally, stomach growling...right around the 2.5 hour…

Thanks for sharing! I am definately going to try the ice cubes in the tray tip. I too only use Almond Milk now...I love it and am so used to it that regular milk just doesn't taste good anymore.

I did my first Warrior Dash this year, it was myself and my best friend. We tried to get others to do it but they were afraid of getting hurt. Once they saw the pictures and heard our stories of how much fun we had, they all changed there minds and want to do it next year.
