I usually just split an adult meal with a friend. But I'm sure there's nothing wrong with ordering from the kids' menu - you're still buying food from the restaurant, so why should they care?

I don't eat back my exercise calories. In fact, I don't actually log my exercise because I feel like MFP overestimates the cals burned.

I drink a lot of water. But I don't really stay full, I just don't mind being hungry - I can fill up at the next meal and I should wait until then.

Probably egg noodles with chicken + sauce, comes to just under 300 calories and is delicious and fills me up for hours.

I actually only track calories.

I know that BMI isn't always accurate but I do pay quite a lot of attention to it - possibly too much. I'm trying to just focus on how my body looks.

Nothing really. I focus almost entirely on calories. I do try to make sensible choices though.

I absolutely love veggie patty/bean burgers. So good.

Turkey on white bread with lettuce, cucumber, red onion, jalapenos and chilli sauce. Yummy.
