  • This is completely true. ED's just halt your life in a point of nothingness. It's such a waste! I absolutely love those last few words. Thank you so much for putting so many feelings into such wise words <3
  • So much truth here and so well written. Thank you! Bump :)

  • Organic peanut butter too :D 1 tbsp is 100 calories! I often have 2-3 if I'm having a low day as it's full of healthy fats and a bit of protein! And it's delish :P
  • I was going to get some unflavoured protein powder really cheap from myprotein.com I've read on review that it doesn't taste great though, but I can't think what you could add to it to make it better. Cocao powder? Nesquick milkshake powder? IDK? :S
  • Bump. I would love some ideas on how to make unflavoured powder taste good :)
  • It's 30 mins there and back. So 1 hour. And I also walk a lot on some other days too, sometimes all day around town, or clubbing with mates etc.... I'm not totally sedentary. Just on the odd day when i feel like a day of reading or something :)
  • This actually felt really heavy to me :S I must just be really weak? In pounds it was 22 for squats, 44 for step-ups and 55 for seated rows...I'll up it as I get stronger but that's all I could manage.
  • Your little girl ^_^ And the smiles on both of your faces! EDIT: sorry was 1 too late. haha @femtec74: your confident pose :D
  • Yeah it's just I know mfp often really overestimates or overestimates Online calculators are giving me between 250-700 calories!! :S MFP says 380-550
  • Mustard Cream Sauce Almonds Carrots Coffee Almond Butter Crunchy Organic Peanut Butter With No Added Sugar Medium Egg White
  • I actually just phoned the gym asking if there was a price decrease for students Turns out they are getting taken over very soon and that the prioces will be cheaper then!!! :D I was told to call back next monday/Tuesday when they can tell me the new prices. So it's a good job I didn't go today as I'd have just had to walk…
  • Hmmm well I know I'll need all the money I can get once I'm at university so £60 is a lot :S Plus once I start the workouts I'll need to buy protein powder which costs a lot. I think I'll wait. The money I don't spend can go towards the protein powder then as well as some university supplies. It's a better decision in the…
  • I aim for 1850 NET calories a day and I have been on an almost paleo diet (I still eat dairy as I need the calcium, and it's usually full-fat yogurt or full-fat milk which is so much more delicious!) since the start of this year. Paleo broke me out of a 3.5 month long plateau *shudder*. Then increasing my calories from…
  • Yes maybe I should wait until university as I know they have a good set-up with new members for a few weeks. PLus it's only £70 for an annual gold membership! I can't wait! Maybe I'm being a bit impatient and wasting my money if I start today? I just really want to strat building muscle and toning right away. Is there…
  • Thanks :) That makes me feel a bit better haha. wow over 1 hour! That will be challenging :D I'm just hoping my form will be ok because I'm working with a kindle so it's harder to skip to the different moves. But practice makes perfect i I guess!
  • I would love a copy of this if that's ok, it sounds so useful :D Thank you in advance!! (email edited for privacy) (yes the weird is spelt wrong in the e-mail lol)
  • Bump. I'm still confused even after reading everything and looking at the spreadsheets, but I want to start tomorrow :S I think I get it but then I get confused again. Ahhh...
  • 5'8 and maintaining at 120 (I know it sounds low but I swear it doesn't look like that. Goig to focus on toning a bit more once at uni where i can use the gym there ;))
  • Meeeee. i aim for 1600 a day NET :P And I've been losing fine. I actually ate less for a couple of weeks recently and found my weight loss suffered (exam worries). I upped again last week and already started losing inches and weight again. :D

  • Adding!! I LOVE IT! Spead the motto :P
  • Yes all the time. Just yesterday my mum and her partner had a big rant at me saying I was going back to my ED ways. They can't seem ti tell the difference between that and healthy weight loss -_- I got told i had no butt and my boobs never came back after my ED so they won't now, and my mum keeps saying 'gain weight and…
  • Well it's good to hear it's not likely to be something cardiac-related. I'll go to a doctor about it thanks :)
  • Thank you everyone so much for your suggestions. I will definitely be going to a doctor now tp get checked out. And maybe a chiropractor but that depends on costs :S Also thank you for your additional ideas. I think I'll give pilates a miss for now though as it does just give me pain at the moment...which is a shame…
  • I'm terrible about worrying about going over calories in the day and so ALWAYS end up eating most of my calories late at night, in bed while reading or studying haha. I still lose eating about 500 at 11 or later at night! If the calories are the same there's no harm in eating later, it's a silly rumour.
  • Thanks for the suggestion. It does sound like a possibility, but the problem is I'm off to university very soon and this wouldn't be possible to keep up while there really. Also, how much would it cost as i can't afford to spend money on expensive treatments really :S
  • I stalled for a bit at 1500 at one point. I increased to 1650 and although I initially gained a pound or 2 I soon lost that and then kept on losing on that. Maybe try that? Just don't freak out if you gain in the first week or 2. Perhaps try cutting out the rice? It's not for everyone, but I find I can easily eat under…
  • Hey, thanks! I'm 5'8 last time I checked (hoping to stay there because i want to still wear heels without towering over everyone lol)
  • Thanks everyone. It might be TOM related because I know not having it reduces estrogen which means eventual lower bone density. It has been proven that people that have suffered from anorexia are prone to it, but i wasn't at my lowest weight for too long so I don't know if it's that or not? I went to a dietician a couple…
