I'm 19, Female, 5"8 and have an aim of 122. I calculated I'd have to eat 1851 calories a day with 10 hours rest (even though i get 8 usually) and 14 very light. I also walk most days but didn't bother putting that in either. I was all for this idea until MFP said I would lose 0.0 pounds a week doing this :S Is that normal?…

I'm 5"8 and I can't seem to budge from 134 :/ I've got down to 132 a few times but it always goes back to 134. Grr. I'm trying to eat more now and see if it makes a difference.

I'm set at 0.5 a week :) I'm doing this because I am only looking to lose another 12-ish pounds and I want to make sure I lose fat not muscle! I still exercise too so I'm still eating as much as i want (not got a big appetite though anyway haha) as long as it's healthy :D

BUMP! I have been stuck losing and gaining back weight for almost 2 months now and being too scared to eat exercise cals. Now I'll make sure I net 1530 every day after all this info!

I just got this today (swapped it from the abba game I got for xmas lol) and it's sooo fun! After 22 minutes my HRM says I burned 209 calories!!! This is the truth. When I had an eating disorder I eventually couldn't eat much, even if i'd wanted to. In hospital I felt so ill in the first month or more because i was being forced to eat suddenly. It was only 800 calories at first too but I felt so uncomfortable. It's because over time if you don't eat enough as well…

I keep losing then gaining back weight with what I'm doing, hence being scared of upping calories, but i know sometimes not eating enough can be the problem? I'm just a bit confused lol x

I'm a student who can't afford to go to the gym lol. i use Just Dance 3/ go rowing/ cycling and I am getting zumba fitness 2 tomorrow. That will do me and it's for life not just a 45 min session (all i can fit in between classes). Once I'm at uni I'll use the gym there for free :P

150ml skimmed milk w/ 25-30g chocolate!!!/honey/original ready brek Very filling, 150-ish calories, tasty and also warm and comforting ^_^ I have it for breakfast too!

I bought one off ebay :D Free p&p so it was only £57 with strap included! Can't wait to get it and try it out. Then I can stop guestimating calories burned on wii games like 'Just Dance 3'! It will probably be motivation to exercise more too...which I need!

I am set at 1500 but I usually eat 1200 or a bit over. I'm at a BMI of 20.1 at the moment and i struggle to eat enough sometimes e.g. today I ate 1063. Is this bad? I ate under 1490 yesterday but day before it was 990...is this a bad sort of pattern or will that be ok for my metabolism?

I gained 0.8 (weighed this monday!) but that's probably because I wasn't eating enough before i started. I weighed again on wednesday though and i had lost those 0.8 pounds. *shrug* I'm hoping to lose about 1 pound a week for now on, sometimes more sometimes less :)

I have been eating a lot it's just been very low cal stuff like fruit and salad. Will one day really affect my metabolism or can I just make sure I eat more tomorrow? I'm just not very hungry at the moment and I'll feel bad if i eat for the sake of it :S

I love a guy who is NOT really muscular. I don't like it personally. Slightly toned stomach on an average sized body is nice, but I'm not overly fussed. I always fall for personality and eyes before body anyway ^_^
