OMG bump! This looks so tasty! And it will pack in those extra exercise calories that I need to make up so often but with good stuff :P

Thanks. I'v wanted to check for ages Health Central said: You have 17.2% body fat. You have 23 Pounds of fat and 111 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water). Which is apparantly like a top athlete, yay! Livestrong said I have 16.99% body fat Both pretty much the same :D I'm happy with that but 'd like to get to 14-ish as…

I personally love this series!!! I cried so much during it though :'( It's more than just killing though it brings up some thought-provoking thoughtsw about society/morals/the future etc... I'm in the UK and NO-ONE seems to know about it! As soon a the film comes out I bet it will be talked about everywhere though :D I…

Thank you ^_^ Life is SO much better now haha Thank you for the link this looks perfect! I'm definitely going to start fcusing on toning now :D I might as well if my body has decided it doesn't want to lose any more haha. Maybe if i get more muscle I'll naturally lose more anyway! That other article was really interesting…

It took me a while as well haha. But yes I do usually eat about 1500-1550 calories net a day, eating exercise calories too. It doesn't seem to have made a difference in my weight loss, but I haven't gained either so i'm sticking with it :)

I do realise it may seem low to some, but I actually only came out of an eatind disorder hospital 11 months ago. I gained more weight once I was out to become comfortable around food (which i am now, YAY!) and then decided to lose weight healthily back to that weight I was at out of hosptal (124). It's still a healthy BMI…

Thanks. I'm actually quite tall though (5"8) so I still have 10 pounds to go to my goal weight. One of my photo's is actually me at my goal weight for inspiration. I've heard the last 10 are hard to lose but 3+ months plateau seems a LOT :S Thank you for the comment though it's assuring to know I'll probab;y be ok at…

I looked at my food diaries though and my nutrition information was very similar. And I always weigh myself in the same conditions :S I'd be less confused if I had only weighed in one, but i double checked both when it was going down and when itr went up... I'm so fed up of this plateau my patience is finally slipping :S

I'm 5"8. Starting weight was 140.6 and I'm currently 134.6 (or 134.2 after a cheat look this morning lol) after a looong plateau. Aiming for around 122-124 :)

psulemon: I'd say I'm light exercise with the walking, then additional sports 3+ times a week, burning around 200-400 calories each session. So that's moderately active then? I might do that it sounds easier tan worrrying about clculatng it all each day. Teabea: Lightly active upped it from 1550 to 1690. 140 calories more…
-
OK I'll try it out. Might as well :) Will dancing/rowing be on top of that or included?
-
Hmmm I might change to lightly active, i just don't know if I'm THAT active...On college days it probably adds up to 1-1.5 hours walking generally. But on weekends I'm on my butt constantly haha (except sometimes wii zumba and rowing on a Sunday morning) so maybe it evens out to sedentary? IDK :S a If I DID chage to light…
