Almonds are very good snack and add that with whole wheat penne with a table spoon of Mexican cream= filling and energy boost until dinner time. Just need away to heat up the whole wheat pasta before you eat it.

For me, I aim at 1,000 cals burn for a 60 min session. With abs, I can not get that unless it is a curcuit of abs hitting various areas which I normally do after my intense workout.

It depends on what your weakness is. Mine was having a high sodium diet andI need to ensure I get enough protein so I don't lose any lean muacle and not to eat too many carbs. You can also manual change the numbers for what you are tracking to fit your goal as well.

Will never lose weight with that mentality. I am 39 was stuck in a zone and now I broke through it with healthy eating and my usual workout ethics. It's hard because you make it hard for your body to lose it by the food you eat. That's my testimony and I am sticky to it :)

What flavor you have, plain? I used to eat oatmeal mapel and brown sugar and did not need anthing. Now I eat steel oats and add ground cinammon and rasins and it's really filly.

Yum, but with all my baking stuff, I would be some all natural peanut butter in them. There is also an egg subisitute as well that I just got yesterday that I now have a reason to use it :)

I did the last chance workout. It's an awesome workout. You can do easy or cominded and mix and match depending on your fitness level. If you have bad knees though, don't get it, lots of lunges and bending of the knees.

Most of them are yoga, and 10,15 min workouts and one with the Situation, which has to be the most awful workout tape I have ever seen. Makes me want to do one, because if someone thinks he is qualifed, huh! I must be over-qualifed then.
