some eggs whites on a high fiber wrap, with spinach, low fat cheese, bacon bits, light mayo, turkey sasuage and a cup of coffee and it filled me up until snack time which is now :bigsmile:

Oh! YA! Zumba is fun and burns loads of cals. It really depends on the instructor. Some are fast paces, others a little slower. But you almost don't even know your working out because it can be a lot of fun =)

WOW! HIIT for an hour. You rock. 20-30 min is good combined with a circuit training. Did you try raising your elevation to make it harder. Also, you can try running backwards on it or even side to side.

I got the perfect cardio for you. Shadow boxing. I can give you a short routine if you like. You are just standing in one place while throwing all types of punches and combos.

Amen! What's in your diary? I was the same way, taking Zumba, step, working out with weights, running, cardio and I didn't change much, but my my diet changed and the weight is slipping off me like hot butter =)

For cardio worout, a cup of strong coffee, 30 min prior to workout. If I am using weights, a protein bar/shake or even a PB/jelly sandwitch on low carb wheat bread with 40 cals.

I thought it was funny. The first time I heard the wife complain to her husband that a guys were staring at her in the gym and expected him to flex his big muscles and put him down like a old horse. Isn't that why some ladies get in shape is to be attrative and now she is upset that guys are admiring her :D Too funny.

I also have a desk job and yes, prepack your snacks in a zip lock bag the night before. Friend me and you can view my diary. Almonds are the best snack to help the hungryness. Raw almonds are the best and 1.5 servings will help. Also hard boiled eggs, apples or banana is good. l have 1430 cal a day plus more with exercise…

It sounds healthy, but either check the website out or in the phone app. You might be suprised. I used to eat maple and brown sugar oatmeal, now I eat steel oats with rasins and add ground cinnamin for taste.

Start with doing push ups on your knees. Also, you can work on the muscles groups of your shoulders, triceps and chest. I try and keep almonds on me at all times. They helped so well, I didnt even eat a dinner but a snack :)
