I would say tip, but it totally depends on your experience. I've been to some over priced artists and I tipped a little less.

Yup, PCOS over here too. I'm finding it a bit easier to lose now that I've figured out I need to lower my carbs. I think it's possible to lose weight with PCOS just makes it that much harder!

For me, since I started taking a b12 vitamin complex its helped tremendously with my cravings! Also if the urge for something to eat hits, I go make a pot of tea. Theres so many different flavours that I never really get bored of it. And remember "nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels" ;)

They've actually proven you can do a low cal diet (800 cals) and not lose muscle mass if you're still strength training. If you're eating high quality calories that is. Not sure of the long term effects, but it's crap that you will lose your lean muscle mass if you're still lifting.…
