I always calculate minutes with 'Aerobics, high impact' which i think is really close when i do TF workouts. The book with the program says that you burn an average of 650cals/day. but everyone is different. I don't have a HRM and that is how i track it.

I was in a bad mood and did HIIT 15 with Sculpt 30 and felt amazing afterwards and was not so heated in my mood anymore. YAY :)

I had some inch loss in the first 30 days but now i have plateau'd. i have been increasing my calories to try to get out of it. I am in week 12.

I am in week 4. I can tell how much stronger i have begun since i started. I have lost 8lbs and a ton of inches so far. I am really enjoying it and i try to push harder with every workout and do my best everyday. I can actually do a plank push up now, though still not very many haha.

I just started a pole dance class. It is just 1x/week right now. Its so fun that you dont realize you are working out. I am excited to see how it works into my weekly workout routine. :)
