  • Relaxation type yoga is very good for a bad back as it works on flexibility. It can be done by all fitness levels. Kathy Smith has some good DVDs as does Gaim. .Some say it helps them sleep.   • Thanks so much for taking the time to reply! I am not used to counting carbs at all and it seems every day I go over on carbs and protein. Don't seem to select the right foods. Also have been going under my 1200 calories due to exercise and read on your posts that we should eat the extra calories. Is that working for you?
