  • Hi Tracey! My name is Rachel and I am a wife and mother to 3 as well. My youngest is 8 months and I have 60 lbs. to lose! I feel like that is a long road ahead of me as well.   • Phew! Total Body Circuit was intense for me! I modified when necessary but I'm looking forward to the day when I can do the whole thing. This is one of those I just to have push to get through it days. I don't really love that type of exercise right now but maybe one day.
