Hi there and welcome! I've yet to see an unkind post, everyone is really helpful and not judgmental, add me if you like...

Apples really? What about cucumber and cabbage?
-
Wow is all I can say!
-
I am the same age as you, if you can do it so can I, those pictures are simply AMAZING
-
I really enjoy the message boards too, your tattoo is very cool, like you I have lost weight before, am really determined to keep it off this time. Good Luck.
-
I thought the same thing laugh!

yes you need to be nice to you, you only gained 17 pounds, that is an amazing feat. Everybody's body changes a bit after a baby but you can still have a sexy body, but you have to love yourself first. Good Luck, your baby is just beautiful.

yes I agree, a lot will be bloating because you are now not used to eating that much. Pick yourself up, do some exercise tomorrow and you will be back on track, it is virtually impossible not to have a slip up and sometimes that will put pounds back on, as long as more are coming off, you are on the right track.

wow you look amazing, congratulations, what an achievement!

That is a tough one, can you really analyse what triggers the binge? go through your diet the week before, any emotional stressors, work etc? Is it sweet or savoury foods that you binge on? Would it work to do something like before I allow myself to binge I have to read this letter from myself first, and write to yourself…

very true, good luck with your goals, I am going out for dinner (have done a big walk to make up for it) but am starving now. Was going to have something but I won't now, so thanks

I don't know why but the site is working (so far) for me. Happy to be friends if you want some support. Good Luck!
-
What a nice idea, have loved reading everybody's posts :) For me I guess I like my eyes and my boobs.

I always feel uneasy that MFP is overly generous on how many calories it gives you, but maybe not?
-
welcome, I need to lose just over 30 pounds too AND I want it to be the last time. So far i have lost 4 kilos (4.4 pounds) in the first two weeks. I find the people do spur you on, i am doing more exercise than i thought! add me if you like :blushing:
-
yep feel free to add me, more support the better :)

Maybe have a talk with yourself about why that goal is so important, ie by Christmas. Weight loss should be a lifetime thing, you stick at this and you will be close to your goal, and probably by the end of January you could meet it? You will still look and feel a lot better by Christmas than if you sabotage yourself.…

Good Luck, make this the last round!
-
wow love this!

Hi there, I am only on my second week, but it is normal to have slight weight fluctuations, I wouldn't worry about a pound here or there. Add me if you like :)
-
yes welcome, I am fairly new too but really love this site.
-
That's fantastic, it feels so good when you know you are back on track.
-
You are an inspiration to me and others well done
-
Do you have room in your diet for treats? Make this your next one but work for it maybe? (Like I can talk)
-
This really is THE truth. When you love yourself and stop worrying about what people say about you and brim with confidence life becomes so much easier and people will want to spend time with you. Also make sure you are doing things to meet a variety of men, sometimes it is just you are hiding yourself away and not giving…

Hey there, I had my babies over 15 years ago but remember how hard it was. You are battling such busy days with wandering hormones etc. I'd do a cheat day every 2 weeks maybe, every week might be enough to undo your good work. Good luck and add me if you like.
-
Gosh you all have motivated me, a total couch potato, and I agree just don't get de hydrated, who cares what is "normal" anyway. Some people sweat more, others have bad breath, others fart more, others have bad skin, I could go on, but sweating a lot isn't the worst thing and I so admire your workouts!

I'm just new but happy to offer support, add me if you like. i find having friends and seeing how they do every day is very motivating.
