There are lots of us, I live south of Dunedin. Welcome, please add me!

This exactly. Of course you have the right to offer your opinion, which is all you did. Don't let the negatives get to you as there are plenty of them around.
-
agree with this, just gets people thinking, and what about our responsibility to our children?
-
Those are incredible results, especially body fat percentage drop. Congratulations!
-
lol, know the feeling, but thank you, anybody else out there?

I find it is quite motivating to have friends on fit bit, as you see what steps others are doing? My number is 22T82B, so add me if interested. I haven't taken mine off since I got it.

It has been interesting reading! I like 14% best too, even though he might be young enough to be my son. Don't like either of the 10%'s. Do like naturally slim men just not that guy for some reason, but thats because I don't know his personality, which would come way before what their body is like. A kind man who is…

You can definitely see the difference, it is amazing how much younger people look when they lose weight. I am nearly at maintenance, would love to be friends, add me if you want to. Thanks for sharing as these stories are very inspiring and nice to hear happy things :)

Congratulations, no wonder you are having so many NSV moments, you are right to be proud of yourself!

NO useless and it hurts your back. If you lived in NZ I could give you my old one to try. DON'T buy one.

lovely figure Deirdre!
-
best to have blood tests and your doctor's opinion just to be sure.
-
yes maybe consider making your diary public, you can change it back after if you still want to? Add me too if you like.
-
Happy for you to add me too, but good luck on your journey regardless.
-
Mine don't, they go outside. Cats RULE!
-
Greetings from NZ, friend request sent.

I can't see your diary, but what about nuts, they are a healthy way to add calories, just make sure they are not coated in salt or flavoring. Or Yogurt and fruit? A chicken salad? Maybe you need one more small meal a day?
-
I am very interested too, thanks for the information :)
-
You look simply stunning, congratulations!
-
You look just amazing and I think you have a beautiful smile too :)

You've worked hard for this, don't change yourself for someone else. [/quote] I so agree with this. You probably are holding your head a bit higher and your back a bit straighter, so what? You have worked hard and should be proud. If people are so small they can't understand and applaud you, then they are not worth knowing.

My friend questions anyone at work who has been sick as she is paranoid about catching anyones tummy bugs. When her husband was really sick and she had to call the ambulance, she made them go in the room with him, she couldn't do it as he was being sick. Hers started as her sister threw a bucket of vomit over her when they…

My friend suffers from this and definitely gets anxiety about it too. All I know of is to try and distract yourself and think of something you find reassuring and pleasant, like a really fond childhood memory.

Things I found helpful to kick start things during a plateau, green tea, and lots of fresh broccoli, cauliflower or brusell sprouts, not overcooked. Also watch you are not overestimating how many calories are burned in your exercise, I found that MFP sometimes gives you too many back.

I had a look at your diary, and I might be inclined to eat more fresh vegetables and fruit, and cut down on the cheese sauces and pasta a bit. I agree with above though, you shouldn't have gained 5 pounds, likely it will come right in a few days, but I think long term health wise you would really benefit from slowly adding…

Thats interesting as I have a history of low blood pressure. I have been on chia seeds with my breakfast for a month, and find them great. Big improvement in my skin and also helps keep me regular . Certainly no issue so far with my bp.
