I am six months preggo myself and have gained 27lbs :( THings will get better but i do try to walk every other day and do at least 15 minutes of cardio daily just to keep my heart rate at normal levels and to keep the blood flowing. A hot cup of sea salt water first thing in the morning helps out alot. A elderly person advised me on this about 2yrs ago and I use it at least once a week. Stay close to home when you do it though..
