Hard to say, but this ranks way up there. Whoppers would rank pretty high too!

A co-worker just dropped off all of the WD graphic novels. I know the show is not true to the novels 100%, but Im still not sure if I want to read them prior to the series finishing... probably will! That being said, I do know who the sword weilding person was at the end of season 2, and this season will be interesting!…

Don't second guess his every move. When he makes a mistake, if he knows it already, leave it alone. If he doesn't, be gentle in your education Don't try to change him. If you love him, you love him the way he is. Do acknowledge his contribution to the relationship / family / parenting etc. I do agree this one is a two-way…

In my best Homer Simpson voice: "Mmmmmm... animal carcasses".. On a serious note, McD's has been on our ban list for years... can't eat there without getting sick, so why bother? I assume this is the same process used by any 'nuggets' or patties that look like uniform pieces.. i.e. those frozen chicken patties you can buy…

Blame Cana-dah! Why don't your heads attach properly anyway ? j/k.. I do like the show... equal opportunity offender. I don't always like their religious references, but if you're going to pick on some people, pick on them all so its fair I guess!

Quiznos Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap. 1000 calories... 500 in chicken / veggies / wrap, 500 in dressing! Only made that mistake once. Alternative to Arby's market fresh sandwich is their wraps. Get the turkey / swiss one dry and it's not too bad (500 or so?).

Always BBQ! We hit 4-5 lbs of meat every weekend to use throughout the week. Our rotation normally includes lean hamburger (fatty grills better, but 93-95% FF works just fine!), Chicken breasts, pork chops and the occassional fish fillet or saussage. If you have a fish block --try-- getting a preseasoned Salmon steak from…

Wait, I just want to be clear... You're surprised that there are more women than men on a fitness/diet focused website. OK, thanks. Carry on! We're here, but we are outnumbered for sure!

I'm right at 50 at the moment, and the last 3-4 lbs have taken me 6 weeks.... I'm targeting 1800 a day and exercising 4-5 hours a week. Let me know when you find the secret... For now Im just assuming consistency will eventually pay off!

That sucks... Don't have too many of those in AZ, but calomine comes to mind as something you can apply almost continuously and should give some reielf.

Oh man, thats unfortunate.... Might be a short career.. Mine's only slightly better... Sepper Tuckey.. makes no sense at all.

Let me sum it up for ya.. . ;) You're body is different than everyone elses... work on it till you're happy with it... The scale is just to compare yesterday to today, not to compare you to someone else. Get your BF% measured and use that as your guide... Scales are way over valued.

No.. some people are naturally going to carry -some- extra muscle and bone compared to others... but the Andre the Giant's are pretty rare in the world... There aren't many people that are natuarally going to be 275+ for example... but some men might be fit at 145lb while others are fit at 190lb... Its just not an excuse…

It is true, and it is also an excuse. I'm 5'11" and will never ever, ever be 140 - 160.. I wouldnt be healthy or fit below about 180 - 190 (guessing) and would lose a lot of muscle to get lower than that.. My son is 6'1" and is 155 a could stand to gain a few but is healthy where he's at. It also becomes an excuse for…

If it means anything ladies, most of us guys have no clue or care what you weigh. A few pounds extra of muscle looks very good on women too!

Agreed on the HRM, but I would suggest that the calorie burns are literal '45 minutes hitting things' not just 45 minutes in the gym. I have the same thing with Karate / TKD. It tracks really high, so I believe it's interpreting the time as all very high intensity sparring / working out. For a 45 - 50 minute sparring…

Sugar free or no sugar added ice cream or frozen yogurt can be pretty low in calories. We normally have a small cup every night and just budget it in. If you keep your portions in line it wont hurt you. One tip we use: Use a small coffee cup or similar size dish instead of a bowl. 1/2 a cup of ice cream sitting in a cereal…

Every pay day my autopay bills come out, and I give myself an allowance of cash for the following two weeks. Nothing comes out of checking until the next paycheck. Whatever is left over at the end of the paycheck can be rolled into debt payoff or savings. Completely controls budget. Can't overspend. If the wallet is empty,…

If you're wearing it on your arm to keep the cords out of the way: Consider getting a bluetooth stereo headset. Should be one out for most of the newer iPhones (sorry dont know the model cutoff that would support A2DP or similar... Im a droid geek). I just got a Samsung stereo bluetooth headset off of Amazon for ~$25.…

This is my friday night treat. Great substitute. Not quite as filling, but it scratches the right itch! A few pepperonis or a littls sausage doesn't completely kill the calories either, especially if you go a little easy on the cheese...

@Nikki, Great pic!

Obama has eaten dog..... I think thats slightly more cruel. Bigger issues in the world ppl. move along. (let flame begin) ;)

No evidence to back this up so feel free to call me out, but I heard that men's testosterone level is at it's highest around 4-6pm and also makes a good time to workout (at least for guys). Before I heard this I had noticed that my workouts were longer and more successful if I did them right after work (5:30) vs. trying to…

If women got hot and bothered by seeing a topless overweight guy on the beach, they might change the rules. . . . . . . And I would be much more popular with the ladies.

Yeah, uh, OK thanks for your input.
