I know I'll jinx myself by saying this but I actually weigh less during TOM I have no idea why or how BUT you mentioned wanting to throw the scale out the window? Me too! I have done nothing but gain since I've been working out on the treadmill and I'm on Day 8! I'm so frustrated. I hope both of us can get out of this rut!

i own a treadmill and have no idea what that is so i guess it may not be absolutely necessary lol we just used whatever came in the box ;) but i'm curious ...what is it?

i'm having the same problem. i'm on day 5 of using our new treadmill and i've only gained since then. :( i hope we can start losing soon. congrats though on doing 10 miles this week.

great job on meeting your goal. i'm at the start of my journey but actually the other night i was browsing victoriasecret.com and they have such cute things. once i reach my goal (or half way point) i'll probably order some things. :D

yeah i was thinking that too. that weighing in daily would help me so if i didn't have a good weekly weigh in i wouldn't be too surprised. so far since day one of using my new treadmill i've gained though. and on a 5'3 frame that's really high...so i hope to start losing soon instead of gaining.

CW 181 yesterday on 01/01/2011 i was 182 my goal is to try and not weight myself dailly and only weigh weekly how is everyone doing??

oh. that's crazy. i was born in dayton, oh but move to KY when i was 5. here in KY they don't require us to list a weight. only height, age, eye color.

i'm 5'3 and according to my BMI i'm obese too i'm at 182 right now and it's all in my belly and thighs my goal weight is 115-120 what is yours? add me if you want

thanks everyone for the support. you have all given me good advice. i'm not going to weigh in until 1 week from now that'd be every saturday. i'm glad i have everyone at mfp to motivate me and keep me on track.

thanks everyone. that makes sense. on my mfp homepage it says my goal is 1420 and thats with exercise goals set to 3 workouts/30 minutes. but that makes sense now that the calorie goal is already set for me to lose and that i could eat my exercise calories if necessary. but i'll definitely try not too b/c 1420 is god…
