i try to avoid it b/c of the sodium and it makes me feel bloated. but if i need a drink aside from water with no calories i choose diet dr pepper. diet dr pepper in my opinion is the best diet soda. personally i have lost 40 lbs before and did it while drinking diet soda regularly. then again i did gain all 40 back plus 20…

thanks everyone for the info. i'll give those things a shot. and someone on this thread mentioned walking with 1 lb weights...my treadmill CAME with 1 lb weights! thats so great! thanks for all the tips everyone!

thanks. i agree. i'm wanting to lose weight. but i've noticed that it also helps with my headaches and tiredness in the evenings. for yrs my routine has been to work 8 hrs and then come home and do nothing. just sit. and i'm so tired and i get a headache almost every night. but exercising actually makes me feel much better.

you should use your zumba dvd! or just alternate between the ones you have! i bought 30 day shred a while back and *finally* done it yesterday but omg i only lasted like 15 minutes. it was tough. but i'm sure if you stick with it it should get easier. zumba looks like so much fun though!!!

i'm 5'3. i was once 160 and got down to 120! i wasn't toned at all though and I don't remember what size my clothing was. but fast food got to me and i gained and got up to 181. i'm 179.6 now and i'm looking to get down to 115-120 :)

thanks for the responses everyone. i realized the 10 speed means 1.0 and 20 speed is 2.0 etc. and i figured out how to changed the settings to 2.5, 2.6, etc. i done 30 minutes at 3.0 with a 2% (sometimes 3%) incline and then done another 30 minutes = 1 hr :) it was a good workout but it says (and mfp says) that i only…

You can't tell a difference?! Yes! There IS difference. You can definitely tell that you've lost weight AND you look much younger. By looking at those two pics it kinda looks like a mother and daughter (daughter being the current pic). Does anyone else agree? You look great! :)

I was thinking of buying this but I saw on Ebay that the prices for both the DVD's and even the Wii game are around the same price. Doesn't the Dvd's have a lot more workout options than the actual game?
