Right now my 1 mile averages to around 16-17 minutes I am signing up for a 2 mile walk/run on April 9th I'm nervous 1 mile is hard enough for me and I gotta do TWO?! I am excited though! I hope to also be in the 160's by then but I doubt that happening It's 3 weeks and 6 days away... do you think that's possible? I haven't…

I am DETERMINED to be out of the 170's sometime in March (and at least by April!) Today I done 13 mins of Turbo Jam Fat Blaster, 50 mins of Tae Bo Insane Abs, and 10 mins on the treadmill !!!

Yeah I definitely count. I count everything. It's an obsession really. I'm always looking at nutirion labels as well as ingredient labels. Its important.

Who? Me? I don't log food. I do have a written log with exercise entries but that's it. I do watch my calorie intake though and protein, sodium, sugar, etc. I've not weighed since the 23rd...I'm hoping to have good numbers when I weigh again. I've worked out 6 days straight. Today is my rest day. How are you doing?

I do the same thing I do great all day at work for 8 hrs (and I have a DESK JOB) and then when I get home I just wanna eat everything I don't really know why since I eat great w/protein, small meals/snacks, etc I have no idea

I took the battery out of my scale and brought it to work and put it in my pencil box. lol. (that way I wouldn't weigh daily) It was discouraging. I'll bring my battery back home on Mar 1 and we'll see where I"m at. I've been doing tae bo all week.

I forgot to report. But all week I've done tae bo and walked on the treadmill. :)
