Great job You look great I'm 5'3 On Jan 1 I was at my highest 182 As of today I'm 176 Not much of a loss so far but I'm stronger and feel better I do my treadimill and workout Dvds Recently I've been doing Tae Bo I love it What workouts have you been doing?

i'm not on the south beach diet but i love the south beach protein bars they are so good my favorite is the cinnamon raisin and the peanut butter ones another great protein bar is the kellogs protein meal bars

I shower daily except usually Sundays. So I'm washing my hair every day. My hair is fine.

thanks for the encouragement. sometimes i would still keep the pace but i would hold the bars of the treadmill on the sides and just move my feet really fast for a few seconds then i'd go back into the run.

thanks for all the tips. i finished my 1 mile...in....16:36 :( it was at a 3.5 and sometimes 4.0 pace. anymore than that is just too fast for my feet. i ran the whole time though and thought i was gonna die. i've heard about interval training...i guess i just want faster results. i hope my time gets better. b/c right now…

Count me in ! I need this to keep me in line ! I'll be doing Tae Bo for 50 mins 3-4 days and the other 1 or 2 days it'll be 30 mins on the treadmill. :)

The same thing happened to me too I think your body just has to get used to it or you may be "under eating" Also watch your sodium levels and try not eating late at night if you do Just keep up the work and you will see results

I would agree with what everyone else says which is just stick to the amount of calories MFP gives you and eat back your exercise calories or at least half of them When I eat my exercise calories I gain So I don't eat mine But another thing would be to watch your sodium levels All that fast food and processed deli meat is…

Zumba is a great workout. My friend loves it on her Kinect and really works up a sweat. I also saw on a Yahoo News article that Zumba is one of the top 6 calorie burners! I can't remember which # it was..maybe 3rd or 4th? Kickboxing was #1 and Running was # 6 though.

Thanks! I have the 30 Day Shred Dvd I've tried it twice but it was way too boring for me and hard on my knees. I've seen a lot of posts on here that you will lose lots of inches with it. Good luck!! ;)

Good job! That's still a great amount of calories to burn. I try not to eat back my exercise calories anyways so as long as I have an estimate then thats fine with me. I already feel stronger. :)

if you keep it up and increase your pace by a minute or so each week you'll be able to run longer, running burns more calories than walking in less amount of time
