I wish I could fluctuate over to the 160's lol I've not weighed myself in a few days I'm actually afraid too right now Idk Why I've not been pigging out but I've not ate that great and I've not been working out except a few days this week I've been sick But WE CAN DO THIS ;)

You might be losing inches. Measure yourself and don't get discouraged. :)

So it doesn't give you speed levels at all? Do #'s appear on the screen when you choose 'slow' or 'fast'?

i think you might be onto something there. b/c i've been working out 6 days a week and eating fine. well i slacked off a few days but didn't pig out. i didn't exercise for a few days either. and now i'm 175.8! i was 177.6 last saturday. what the heck. and it's TOM. so i'm kinda confused?!

try some workout dvd's. i get a lot of mine from walmart.com there are so many to choose from and i order online and have them shipped free to the store instead of buying them in store because for one the selection is much greater and b/c i look up the dvd's on youtube.com first to see if it's something that i like :)

I use a different approach. I'm very blunt. If my friends eats tons of candy and complain about weight gain, I tell them to quit stuffing there face with fast food and candy all in one day. Tough love...it's the truth though.

Yeah Applebee's is just loaded with calories unless you get something from the "Under 550 calorie" menu

I get frustrated with my huge stomach too. I've only lost 4.6 lbs since Jan 1 and have been working hard. No inches lost. It's hard but if you just keep up with it you're body will get used to the changes and you will see results. Once you get to your goal you will definitely be happy you continued. :)
